Meet your bliss body, the anandamayakosha. This is the subtlest of all the koshas and the hardest to activate and sustain. The central goal is spiritual unification. So how do we accomplish this then in a yoga class? Seems a bit out of reach, yeah? Selfless acts, devotion, and higher consciousness bring me to the heart and crown chakras. The heart chakra is the bridge of the entire chakra system, it’s the integrator. The crown chakra is all things higher consciousness, that connection to the divine. Your class is a mixture of heart-centered poses, pranayama, total-body movements, and a guided meditation that uses the hansi mudra (gesture of the inner smile).
